Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Dev Tooling and Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure system health and performance
• Improve deployment, monitoring, incident management, and release engineering processes
• Drive the adoption of GitOps practices, focusing on MLOps and AI-related infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and operating Enterprise SaaS products
• Experience leading remote-first product and infrastructure teams
• Deep experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering within AWS environments
• Strong background in Agile development and engineering metrics optimization
• Experience with AWS services and managing cloud operating costs
