Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Enablement and AI Tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and build the organizational approach to AI-augmented engineering
Establish technical controls and governance for AI tool usage
Own CI/CD reliability and velocity, targeting improved development workflows

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
8+ years in engineering productivity, developer tooling, or platform engineering
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools
Working knowledge of LLMs and effective information structuring
Strong Python skills and experience with GCP cloud infrastructure
