Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software for customers and partners
• Own engineering strategy and execution roadmap, aligning with business outcomes and customer needs
• Drive the adoption of agentic AI systems and establish standards for engineering practices and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership
• 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing managers
• Proven success in owning engineering strategy for major products or platforms
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and agentic AI systems
