Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering for its Marketplace division.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive technical strategy for the user economy and payments platforms
Maintain and evolve existing infrastructure for premium subscriptions and revenue streams
Lead and grow engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and set a culture of quality and transparency

Required Qualifications:

5+ years managing software and product engineering teams
4+ years developing internet scale distributed systems
Experience with revenue-generating products and payments platforms at scale
Proficiency in high-rate platform services, workflow orchestration systems, and API design
BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
