• Lead and manage the Software Development Manager and drive hiring for senior technical roles
• Own the organization's security posture and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 7+ years in technology leadership roles, including experience managing managers
• Proven success in scaling engineering teams and implementing security/compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SDLC processes and DevOps practices at scale
• Previous experience in growth-stage or transformation environments
