Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Seller Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision for the Seller Experience platform and drive modernization initiatives
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to define roadmaps and lead new product development
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 30+ engineers
• Proven track record of delivering complex software initiatives from concept to production
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns, including microservices
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams and facilitating remote collaboration
• Strong product sense and ability to communicate technical decisions to diverse audiences
