Key responsibilities

- Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery roadmap across business systems and integrations
- Directly manage and mentor engineering managers and teams, establishing coherent operating models and best practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or data engineering, with 4+ years in management roles
- Strong organizational leadership skills, including hiring and career development
- Experience in managing a mixed technical organization, raising the technical standards over time
- Proficiency in modern service-oriented architectures using JavaScript/TypeScript in a serverless AWS environment
- Familiarity with data engineering fundamentals, including SQL and pipeline orchestration
