Director of Enhanced Care Management

Job Summary

Overseeing the operations of the Enhanced Care Management program, the full-time Director of Enhanced Care Management will manage staff, refine program policies, and ensure compliance with contract goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Clinical Managers, Clinical Consultants, Lead Care Managers, and support staff to ensure effective program delivery
• Refine and implement policies and procedures for the Enhanced Care Management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data requirements
• Develop strategic messaging and manage quality assurance programs to enhance the client experience and achieve business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, highly preferred
• 5+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years of care management experience, with a preference for Enhanced Care Management programs
• Proven experience as a results-driven business leader with P&L responsibility
• Strong adaptability to work collaboratively in a remote environment with diverse populations
