Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and admissions activities for online undergraduate and graduate programs
• Manage and forecast enrollment cohorts to align with enrollment goals
• Supervise Enrollment Counselors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Five to seven years of experience in higher education enrollment or admissions
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM technologies
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
