Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in higher education admissions or recruitment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Leadership experience in the OPM or higher education industry
• Technical proficiency with learning management systems and tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively
