Job Summary
To drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time remote Director of Enrollment will engage prospects, maximize sales potential, and enhance customer relations while managing marketing campaigns and reporting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with markets and prospects to establish outreach tactics
- Lead multiple marketing campaigns and outreach strategies while achieving enrollment targets
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and present weekly dashboard reports
Required qualifications
- Business degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience as a successful sales leader, ideally with SLED experience
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospect to customer
- Strong business acumen and political intuition
- Proficient with MS-Office applications and databases
