Director of Enrollment

Job Summary

To support a growing oncology practice, the remote Director of Enrollment will build and lead a team responsible for patient outreach, educating individuals about Daymark's care model, and converting inquiries into scheduled visits while managing the enrollment funnel and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop a team of Enrollment Specialists, creating a playbook for onboarding and performance coaching
• Own the enrollment funnel in collaboration with clinical and market leadership, refining processes based on data insights
• Build and maintain the Salesforce system to track patient interactions and integrate enrollment into new patient workflows

Required qualifications

• Background in sales, enrollment, or patient engagement/access, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Direct experience managing a team in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Proven ability to build and refine processes and systems, including Salesforce administration
• Strong analytical skills to interpret call metrics and funnel data for operational improvements
• Demonstrated leadership with empathy and accountability, focused on enhancing patient experiences
