Director of Enrollment Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enrollment Research & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative data for analysis
• Establish consistent reporting on marketing productivity and enrollment KPIs
• Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Master's degree with six years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with eight years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in data mining and modeling data-informed outcomes
• Experience in higher education, particularly in marketing/recruitment/admissions data
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and statistical concepts, experience with analytical software
• Experience in data visualization, PowerBI, and Hubspot is a plus
