Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new enrollment channels and strategies
• Own the end-to-end design and execution of enrollment pilots
• Build data-backed insights to inform strategic recommendations and operational playbooks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare and/or value-based care is a plus
