Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, healthcare service delivery, or clinical program management
• Strong background in operational analytics and funnel performance tracking
• Proven ability to improve care workflows and logistics operations
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including clinical staff and support functions
• Process-minded with a focus on systems efficiency and bottleneck reduction
