Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enrollment and Student Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance strategy for new and continuing enrollment across assigned partner accounts
• Manage and develop enrollment managers and coaches, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Monitor account performance, identifying trends and driving actions to meet partner expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in enrollment or admissions operations, including Director level experience
• Proven expertise in the enrollment management funnel in a data-driven environment
• Experience managing complex, multi-timezone schedules and operational workflows
• Director level leadership experience within enrollment growth focused organizations preferred
