Director of Enrollment Technology

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote Director of Enrollment Technology will manage CRM systems, enhance enrollment technologies, and ensure data integrity to optimize recruitment and admissions processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the University's enrollment management CRM, including user training and troubleshooting
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional enrollment goals
• Supervise and mentor IT and CRM staff, determining training needs and collaborating with various departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Higher Education, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in CRM administration, IT systems, or enrollment management
• Experience with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and SIS platforms (Banner preferred)
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or ARGOS
• Work experience that demonstrates analytical and technical skills
