Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a geographically distributed Enterprise and Strategic Account Management sales organization
  • Guide the team in account ownership, retention, renewals, and expansion within complex enterprise accounts
  • Develop strategies for demonstrating business value realization and building executive connections with customers
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management sales or enterprise sales leadership
  • 4+ years as a second-line leader managing multiple teams of enterprise-focused sellers
  • Proven success in retaining and expanding revenue within complex Enterprise and Strategic customer segments
  • Strong operational acumen with experience using Salesforce and sales analytics tools
  • Experience in building scalable account management programs focused on retention and expansion
