Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Enterprise Accounts - Travel & Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise account management and customer success for strategic travel and hospitality accounts
• Drive customer growth, retention, and revenue performance through strategic planning and execution
• Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing programs to enhance client engagement and growth

Required Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or commercial leadership roles
• Strong background in hospitality, travel, or enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven success in managing enterprise portfolios with a focus on revenue and retention
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and AI-driven solutions
