Job Summary
Driving enterprise expansion, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Accounts will manage sales operations and strategy, oversee a team of Account Executives, and nurture relationships with top automotive dealership groups to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for Enterprise Accounts that align with organizational objectives, including setting goals and performance metrics
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the organization's market presence through analysis and partnership development
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of recent experience in the automotive industry
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
