Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Applications will manage the application portfolio, ensuring systems are secure and aligned with organizational priorities while supporting both staff and member-facing services.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the stability, security, and scalability of NAIS's enterprise application portfolio, driving continuous improvement across various applications
• Establish governance frameworks for application intake and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and industry standards
• Serve as the primary liaison for application vendors and internal teams, facilitating communication and managing external partnerships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in IT leadership, application management, or program management
• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience managing enterprise applications in a vendor-driven environment
• Knowledge of current application and AI development security frameworks
