Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Applications will drive the deployment and scaling of Workday's AI and machine learning solutions, transforming finance operations into autonomous, data-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Workday's AI agents to automate finance processes
- Architect scalable workflows for processing unstructured financial data
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials, guiding design and implementation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in leading large-scale Workday Financials implementations
- Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with multiple third-party systems
- Documented experience across the systems implementation lifecycle for at least 5 full-cycle projects
- Successful deployment of AI/ML solutions within an ERP landscape
- Experience with financial data modeling and data hygiene standards for AI training
