Director of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary

Leading enterprise technology strategy, the full-time Director of Enterprise Architecture will oversee architecture governance, establish technology roadmaps, and provide strategic guidance on technology decisions while working remotely in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver enterprise technology and architecture strategies to support business growth and digital transformation
• Establish architecture standards and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines across major initiatives
• Lead integration and modernization efforts, including data interoperability and cloud transformation, while reducing technical debt

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in technology leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in leading technology strategy and enterprise architecture within healthcare environments
• Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud platforms and enterprise systems such as AWS, Azure, and Salesforce
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with a track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and mentoring technical teams
