Director of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Architecture & Engineering Acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead the Engineering Acceleration team while promoting best practices
• Advise executive leadership by translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps
• Define and communicate architectural patterns and operational practices for enterprise technology teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience advising C-level executives and building high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and agile/process frameworks (SAFe, ITIL)
• Expertise in architecting core business systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Workday
• Experience delivering large-scale solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Hands-on experience with modern integration patterns and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
