Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture for the ecommerce platform, aligning strategies with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural solutions support business objectives and enhance user experiences
• Mentor and develop a team of Enterprise Architects, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Architect with expertise in enterprise architecture design and cloud platforms
• 15+ years of experience with digital and ecommerce platforms, including ecosystems and customer engagement strategies
• Proven ability to lead teams and align technology strategy with business goals
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills in complex IT environments
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements
