Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years in technology leadership roles
• Experience in leading technology strategy and enterprise architecture in healthcare environments
• Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks and architectural frameworks
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and influence stakeholders
