Director of Enterprise Architecture
Job Summary
Director of Enterprise Architecture, seeking a full-time individual to lead pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and solutioning efforts in advanced technology platforms for Customer Experience Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior architect in the Global Presales and Solutions Organization
- Define forward-thinking enterprise architectures and lead solution development for enhancing Customer Experience
- Engage with senior client and partner leaders to build trusted relationships and drive joint success
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong track record in consulting-led technology pre-sales and solutioning across multi-partner ecosystems
- Advanced knowledge of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics
- Proven success in creating solution blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience with at least two of the three key partner categories: CCaaS, CRM/ERP, Automation Solutions
