Director of Enterprise Data Governance

Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive data governance framework, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Data Governance will architect and implement enterprise data strategies, establish governance policies, and drive data compliance initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead the development of a multi-year enterprise data strategy aligned with corporate priorities
• Design and implement the enterprise data governance framework, including roles, processes, and tools
• Develop and enforce enterprise data policies covering quality, access, and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management or governance, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building and operationalizing enterprise data governance frameworks
• Expertise in data governance standards such as DAMA DMBOK or DCAM
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
