Director of Enterprise Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a multi-year vision for enterprise architecture, transitioning to an integrated ecosystem
• Manage and grow specialized engineering teams across various systems, including finance, HR, customer experience, and data integration
• Lead technical evaluations of new platforms and ensure high-quality operations while maintaining compliance and governance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles
• Experience in software engineering and finance applications, preferably ERP systems like Oracle or NetSuite
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading technical delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Information Security best practices and experience working with security organizations
