Director of Enterprise FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise FP&A to oversee enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide forecasting and budgeting processes to align corporate strategy with financial objectives
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for scenario planning and long-range forecasts
• Oversee monthly forecast updates, variance analysis, and performance reporting to drive accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Onestream experience preferred
• Proven experience leading a finance team with responsibility for forecasting and budgeting
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, ASC, or joint venture environments preferred
