Job Summary
Strategically leading integrated marketing programs, the full-time Director of Enterprise ABM & Demand Generation will develop and execute account-based marketing and demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth for targeted enterprise accounts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated ABM and demand generation strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and revenue across enterprise accounts
- Build and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with audience segmentation and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing programs with commercial priorities and improve funnel performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing
- Proven success in executing integrated marketing programs for complex enterprise buying groups
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and pipeline measurement using Salesforce
- Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation workflows to enhance campaign execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
