Director of Enterprise Networks

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Director of Enterprise Networks will own the product lifecycle for network services supporting headquarters and global offices, driving secure network design and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise office network solutions while managing a globally located team of Network Engineers
• Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Office Network services, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Drive operational improvements through enhanced monitoring and automation, while establishing partnerships with business and IT stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 3+ years in network infrastructure leadership
• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing WAN, LAN, and data center networks for mission-critical applications
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise networking, including software-defined networking and secure network design principles
• Hands-on experience with large-scale, complex enterprise networks and familiarity with telco and ISP networks
