Job Summary

Leading the partner onboarding experience, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Onboarding will optimize implementation and adoption strategies for enterprise partners while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term growth and success in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for new enterprise partners
• Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and partner readiness
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless onboarding execution and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise customer onboarding programs and strategic partner enablement initiatives
• Proven track record of developing scalable onboarding processes and operational best practices
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ecosystems
• Experience working with complex enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
