Director of Enterprise Onboarding

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of enterprise onboarding and migrations, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Onboarding will manage client implementations and ensure successful transitions while developing scalable processes and leading a team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of enterprise onboarding programs, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
• Lead migration efforts for advisor accounts, maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the process
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to create repeatable onboarding and migration processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, or delivery leadership, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience managing enterprise implementation programs with executive stakeholders
• Background in high-volume operational delivery, particularly in data or platform migrations
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries, with knowledge of compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems, including defining metrics and roadmaps
