Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, project leadership, or cross-functional roles
• Direct experience in clinical trials or clinical research is required
• Industry experience in ophthalmology, CROs, or biopharma is strongly preferred
• Ability to operate across global teams and manage remote leadership
• Background in people development frameworks and operational quality systems
