Director of Enterprise Operations

Job Summary

Leading a multi-functional team, the remote Director of Enterprise Operations will manage IT operations globally, focusing on performance, cost, and reliability while driving the integration of processes and tools across three brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage teams across service desk, IT asset management, supply chain, business operations, and corporate AV
• Drive post-acquisition IT integration and standardization of processes across global operations
• Set and deliver on SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets while reporting performance insights to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT operations with 5+ years in leadership roles across multi-functional teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling IT organizations with measurable results
• Experience in budget and financial planning, including vendor management and cost optimization
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT operations through acquisitions and large-scale transformations
• Ability to communicate complex operational issues clearly to senior leaders
