Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the enterprise team, managing relationships with large, multi-location partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into the overall business strategy
  • Own complex commercial negotiations and guide enterprise engagements from pre-sale to post-sale
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in business strategy, enterprise partnerships, or general management
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred, with strong consideration for backgrounds in management consulting or investment banking
  • Experience in a large boutique fitness franchise, wellness brand, or consumer aggregator platform is desirable
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex relationships
  • High EQ and exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with C-suite executives and stakeholders
