Director of Enterprise Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Planning & Target Setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for insurance and corporate activities
• Develop financial models and prepare executive presentations to support decision-making
• Manage complex cross-enterprise projects and maintain robust monthly reporting packages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and 10 years of related experience, or 12+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with Adaptive Planning Tools, Power BI, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
• Background in health insurance is a plus
