Director of Enterprise Planning

Job Summary

Supporting the Company's Enterprise Planning Process, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Planning will collaborate with leaders to prioritize initiatives, optimize funding and resource capacity, and advise executives on maximizing portfolio value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Company planning process by identifying key priorities and initiatives for funding and resourcing
• Develop innovative approaches to organize complex prioritization efforts, aligning teams on critical initiatives
• Advise executives on initiative value delivery, providing recommendations to optimize the portfolio for profitability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, and/or transformation
• Prior experience in developing and implementing strategic planning and prioritization processes
• Experience in portfolio management optimization, value delivery, and governance
• Strong understanding of operational frameworks and processes for value delivery
• Preferred: MBA or graduate degree
