Director of Enterprise Platforms

Job Summary

Leading the operational health and strategic direction of enterprise SaaS platforms, the full-time Director of Enterprise Platforms will manage Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Pro WFM, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness in a regulated healthcare environment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and supports a team of platform, engineering, and integration managers to achieve departmental performance and results
• Owns the enterprise platform strategy, aligning roadmaps with business objectives and ensuring operational stability and integrity
• Partners with various stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver predictable outcomes, while overseeing budgeting and financial transparency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and operations, particularly in HCM and related modules
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably in healthcare, with knowledge of compliance and security requirements
• Proven ability to lead large technical organizations and collaborate effectively across teams and executive leadership
