Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and scale the Enterprise PMO for strategic initiatives delivery
Lead complex, multi-workstream enterprise engagements across technology and operations
Establish program governance and manage executive-level reporting for initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in program and project management
5+ years leading an Enterprise PMO or managing managers
Proven experience in digital transformation and technology-enabled business programs
Preferred Certifications: PMP, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
