Director of Enterprise Programs
Job Summary
To expand strategic partnerships and drive enterprise learning solutions, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Programs will engage senior executives in the Southeast territory to identify workforce development needs and align them with Cornell University's online education offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a robust enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory
- Engage Fortune 1000 organizations to uncover workforce development needs and design customized learning solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful account strategies and achieve revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales environment, particularly in leadership development or eLearning solutions
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and other productivity tools
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and results orientation
