Job Summary
Driving the maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, the full-time Director of Enterprise Risk Management will manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across business units while collaborating with stakeholders to align risk management with corporate objectives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the development and execution of the ERM program to identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and strategic risks
- Partners with stakeholders to assess and aggregate risks, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and risk tolerance
- Directs teams in creating risk dashboards and reporting formats, while educating risk owners on best practices in risk management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of eight years of leadership experience in Enterprise Risk Management
- Relevant certification such as CRMP, CBCP, or CRM is required
- Experience in designing ERM strategies within a Fortune 500 company
- Background in complex supply chain logistics or healthcare environments is desired
