Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Enterprise Risk Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework
• Align the internal audit plan with the company's top enterprise risks and provide strategic advice on risk issues
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with best practices in ERM and internal audit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CRMA, CISA, or CERM)
• 10+ years of experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000)
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
