Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Risk Management to lead its enterprise risk management program and serve as a strategic advisor to company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting
• Coordinate the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
• Own the corporate insurance program, including coverage design, renewals, and claims oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within the insurance industry
• Experience leading ORSA coordination and drafting
• Hands-on experience with GRC platforms in an ERM environment
• Experience owning or leading corporate insurance programs
