Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Enterprise Risk Management, the full-time remote position will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of an enterprise-wide risk framework, partnering with clinical, operational, and executive teams to identify and manage risks effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, prioritizing and mitigating risks across clinical and operational areas
• Design and implement a comprehensive ERM framework, including risk appetite and governance processes
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable risk reporting for senior leaders and the Board of Directors

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of risk management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare environments
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience building or leading ERM frameworks in complex organizations
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex risk data into clear insights for executive-level reporting
