Job Summary

- Build and lead a team of inbound Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve quotas
- Mentor and develop the sales team through coaching and performance management
- Establish and maintain consultative relationships with C-level executives
Required Qualifications
- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in sales management
- Industry knowledge in human resources software/e-learning
- Proven ability to hire, train, and coach sales teams
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting
