Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of inbound Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve quotas
  • Mentor and develop the sales team through coaching and performance management
  • Establish and maintain consultative relationships with C-level executives
Required Qualifications
  • University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in sales management
  • Industry knowledge in human resources software/e-learning
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and coach sales teams
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting
