Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale its sales team in the legal technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and lead a team of enterprise Account Executives (AEs) through structured coaching and performance management
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and identifying risks early
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align go-to-market strategies and execution
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of recent direct sales management experience leading 6-10 Enterprise AEs in SaaS
  • Prior success as an Enterprise AE with a strong individual contributor background
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing teams with references from coached or promoted reps
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • 8-10 years total B2B SaaS experience, including recent management and successful individual contributions
