Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales - Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives and drive annual sales revenue
  • Forecast revenue, monitor sales activities, and implement sales best practices
  • Develop sales teams through coaching, learning, and strategic performance management


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • 10 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR tech or SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and making strategic recommendations
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other relevant tools
