Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales - Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives and drive annual sales revenue
- Forecast revenue, monitor sales activities, and implement sales best practices
- Develop sales teams through coaching, learning, and strategic performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- 10 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR tech or SaaS
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and making strategic recommendations
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other relevant tools
