Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in sales management
  • Industry knowledge in human resources software/e-learning with established relationships
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and coach sales teams effectively
  • Demonstrated success in growing business and accurately forecasting sales results
